Handbrake Disabled

Locks the vehicle in place and prevents the unit from receiving movement commands until disabled. Use to prevent unwanted movement commands when moving groups of units.

Squads near the vehicle gain combat bonuses and retain the benefit for a short period of time after leaving the aura.
